How do we prepare?
You don’t have to do much! We will work with you to confirm the items available; then we arrange, price, and conduct the sale. We are there to remove stress.
What if I have a unique collection?
Sometimes collections are best kept together and require a unique buyer. If this is the case for your collection we will assist with different avenues.
Where are you able to provide services?
We are located in Nashville, Tennessee and provide estate sales services within a 1 hour radius.
What happens if items don’t sell?
We work with local bulk buyers to help sell all remaining items.
If required we may coordinate donation or disposal of items.
Will you clean the home after?
We can ensure that all items are removed from the home once the sale is completed. If you are in need of deeper cleaning, we work with local companies to schedule and coordinate quick service upon completion of the sale.
How do you advertise the sale?
We advertise our sales on local and national sites, along with community pages and our own email list.
How long will it take to set up our sale?
Setup time may vary depending on the size of the estate, however, typically once we have begun setup of the space we would be able to host your sale within two weeks.
